Cabbage soup diet is a low fat, low calorie diet that consists of eating cabbage and drinking lots of water. It is essentially an extremely low calorie eating plan; this diet does help you lose weight but temporarily, by cutting back daily calories to close to starvation levels
What is this diet about?
Interestingly, nobody or organization appears to want to take responsibility for formulating the cabbage soup diet! So there Is not an "official" version, but assorted cabbage diet programs established around eating extensive quantities of cabbage soup, and really few of everything else.
