A bench press workout does not have to be boring. You do not have to just use the old fashion where by you do three sets of bench press and have a regular 2 minute break in between. It is boring it will only lead you too plateau. It is good workout but it have to change once a while to shock the muscle and push it for results.

The bench press is the bread and butter of any chest workout but it can also be combined with other exercises to make increase intensity, boost metabolism and skyrocket results. This bench press workout that is going to be demonstrated here is excellent to used when you are trying to lose chest fat and also good to be used when your chest development hits plateau.
